We will require you to pay an upfront deposit of 50% to secure a booking slot for your project.* Once you have agreed on the project brief and we start working on your project, no refund will be allowed. After we have completed your project, you will be required to pay the remaining balance. Only after you have made your payment, we will then deliver the final files to your mailbox.

* Work will commence once payment is made and no refunds will be allowed if you intend to cancel the project after we have worked on it.

All invoices will be issued to you via email using Paypal. Payment can be made using your Paypal.

For each project, every client are entitled up to 5 rounds of revisions. If you are unsure of the changes you wish to make, you can always discuss with us.

We used standard licensed stock images which allowed unlimited usage for e-book cover, however for print-ready book cover, a print run of up to 500,000 copies are allowed. To allow unlimited print run, an extended license will be required

Yes, of course. However, there will be an additional charge of USD70 for paperback/ hard cover, USD80 for dust jacket cover and USD40 for audio book cover.

For Custom Book design, once we have started working on project, the 50% deposits will not be refundable. Cancellation are only allowed BEFORE we have started on the design concept. For premade book cover, once the payment has been made, it is non-refundable.

Even after we have completed your project, we’d be glad to assist you on your project. However, alterations are only limited to minor design changes such as adjustments of titles or names. Additional charges should be expected for other changes depending on the difficulty of the alterations, please do understand.
